Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Masterpiece. We take great pride in offering products crafted with purity, devotion, and care.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances, attars, incense, décor items), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing components or is not as described
  • The package was tampered with at the time of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened fragrances/attars/perfume bottles
  • Incense, dhoop, cones, samagri, or camphor once opened
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance (unless damaged)

2. Return Request Timeline

To qualify for a return or replacement, you must:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of the issue (damaged items, wrong item received, etc.)

Any requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.


3. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will arrange:

  • A free replacement of the same product, OR
  • A replacement of similar value if the product is unavailable

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges (e.g., changing fragrance choice after purchase).


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The return is approved and the product is shipped back (if required)

Refund will be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • The original mode of payment (if applicable)

Refund Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if:

  • The order has not yet been packed or shipped
    Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is approved, a refund (if prepaid) will be processed within 3–5 business days.


6. Return Shipping Instructions

In some cases, we may request you to ship the product back. If required:

  • We will share the shipping address
  • You may need to pack the item securely
  • In most cases of damage/wrong item, return shipping is free

7. Important Notes

  • All refunds and returns are subject to inspection
  • Fragrance preferences (“I didn’t like the smell”) do not qualify for return
  • Slight variations in décor items (being handcrafted) are normal and do not qualify as defects
